Understanding the different statuses
After importing or adding a guest, you will see a status appear.
Registered : Your guest has already registered for the event without an invitation. They will not be contacted again.
Registered from another invitation : Your guest registered for the event through another exhibitor's invitation. They will not be contacted again.
Imported : Your guest has been imported into your list.
Email sent : The invitation email has been sent to him.
Email Opened : The invitation email has been opened.
Email clicked : The invitation email has been clicked.
Opt-out: This person has requested not to receive emails.
Unreachable : The invitation email did not arrive at its destination (in the case of a soft or hard bounce). You should check the email address provided; it is likely incorrect or no longer valid.
Not Completed : Your guest started their registration, but did not complete it.
